1. Who we are
This website is run by Jovrex Group Limited, trading as Jovrex Cleaning Services (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are a company registered in England & Wales, company no. 17049882. Registered office: Hull, East Yorkshire.

2. The information we collect
When you use the enquiry or booking form on our website, or contact us by phone or email, we collect:
- your name
- your phone number
- your email address
- your postcode and the address of the property to be cleaned
- the details you include in your message (for example the type of clean you need)
We also receive basic technical information when you visit the website (such as your IP address and browser type) through the services described in section 8 (Cookies).
3. How we use your information and our lawful bases
Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) we must have a lawful basis for using your personal data. We use it as follows:

4. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with service providers who help us run our business, and only as far as needed:
- our website hosting provider, which stores the website and the messages sent through the form;
- our email provider, which delivers and stores the emails we send and receive;
- Google (Google Fonts) and Cloudflare, which deliver parts of the website (see section 8).
These providers act on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires us to.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum.
6. How long we keep your information
- Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: 12 months from your last contact with us.
- Customer records (including bookings and invoices): 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, to meet tax requirements.
After these periods we securely delete the information.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct (rectify) inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to erase your data;
- object to us using your data where we rely on legitimate interests;
- ask us to restrict how we use your data, and to receive your data in a portable format, where these rights apply.
To use any of these rights, email info@jovrex.com. We will respond within one month. There is normally no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
8. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Our website only uses strictly necessary cookies:
- a session cookie, which keeps the website working properly while you browse;
- an XSRF (security) cookie, which protects our forms against cross-site request forgery.
Because these cookies are essential for the website to work and to keep it secure, they do not require your consent. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Our website also loads:
- Google Fonts – to display text. When the fonts load, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
- Cloudflare – to deliver the website quickly and protect it from attacks. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and may set strictly necessary security cookies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the website (such as the enquiry form) may not work if you do.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
